I handed him the dates I did not work. We will start on Saturday 9Am at the gym. You will work out with me for five hours on Saturday and Sunday starting out. Same time on all your days off. I then saw they closet door cracked open. I shut that before I left. Beast, I said pointing to the door. I shut that before I went to work. Just then he reached for the handle, and then the door flew open, and someone was running towards me with a knife in their hand.

I screamed as I felt pain in my arm. Bitch you are going to die. I screamed again as I hit the floor and the man was on top of me. Beast pulled him off, grabbing his hand that held the knife.

We heard footsteps running up the stairs as Beast was fighting the man. I tried to sit up, but I was dizzy. I felt the pin in my arm. I looked down and saw that I had been cut and knew I would need stitches.
