Frank didn't understand. "What's this?"

Josephine smiled and replied, "It's just a little riddle, hinting at an apology."

"Alright. You young folks these days are always coming up with odd ideas!"

This wasn't something usual for her. But at that moment, she had no other choice.

Watching Frank write them down beautifully, Josephine felt that it was ridiculous.

Even when she tried to coax Zayn, she had never gone this far.

After writing them down, Frank agreed to Josephine's request to add the words "For Ethan Dane".

Finally, he put his signature on the bottom of the piece.

She handed the framed piece to him and emphasized, "This is written by Frank Zimmerman himself. He's a well-known calligraphy artist."

Ethan didn't take it immediately. He asked indifferently, "Why are you apologizing?"

"When we played squash yesterday, I didn't consider your feelings and went overboard teasing you. I'm truly sorry."

She stared at him earnestly while her tone was as sincere as it could've been.

"Lately, you've been accompanying me and helping me. Not only did I not repay the favor, but I also took advantage of your kindness and ended up hurting your pride.

"I've been reflecting since then, and I genuinely feel sorry. I hope you can forgive me."

Ethan let out a sigh. He took the piece from her hands. "That's not why I was upset."

Despite saying so, his movements were swift. He quickly looked at the calligraphy.

When he saw what was written, he couldn't help but raise an eyebrow.

"What does this mean?"

Josephine blinked. "Didn't you graduate from a top university with a double major in finance? How could you not understand this?"
