Lemira caught a ride to the agreed-upon coffee shop.

It was still early, and the streets were pretty quiet. Stepping into the coffee shop, Lemira spotted someone with a laptop. That must be O. O had mentioned he'd be the one with the laptop.

Taking a deep breath, Lemira approached, but something about the silhouette struck a familiar chord.

As she took a seat, the familiar yet handsome features of the person across extremely startled her, “Orion, it’s you?”

“What, surprised to see me? Didn't expect you were into finding mentors before!”

Orion had spotted Lemira the moment she walked in and was almost certain of her identity.

“But I never guessed you were O.”

This truly caught her off guard.

Orion straightened up, “Since you're here early, why not grab something to eat?”

He ordered her some pancakes and coffee.

Lemira wasn’t really in the mood for food, eyes glued to his laptop, “So, you managed to fix the surveillance footage?”

“Yeah, but eat up first. The footage isn’t going anywhere, and neither is the culprit.”

Only then did Lemira take a few bites of her pancake, “If I knew this, I should have come to you.”

“Knowing this could be dangerous, why didn’t you tell me?”

“I didn’t want to drag you into this mess, especially since you’re leaving soon. It’d only complicate your life!”

Lemira didn’t want Orion to make enemies with the wealthy because of her.

Orion understood her concern but couldn’t disclose his true identity just yet. He booted up his laptop, “The surveillance footage is right here.”

Lemira glanced at the screen and saw it - the moment Evelina sprayed something at her! And there was Susanna, orchestrating the whole scene with her bodyguards capturing Lemira!

Lemira cracked a smile, “Thanks a ton.”

Lemira’s eyes bloodshot as she glared at Evelina like she was prey.

Lucian turned to Evelina and questioned, “Why didn’t you tell me any of this?”

“Lu-Lucian, I didn’t do any of that. Lemira’s making things up. She’s always disliked me, wishing I’d be kicked out by the family!”

Evelina maintained her pitiful act, but with her face covered in pancake, she looked utterly ridiculous.

Lucian’s face hardened, “I’m asking you one last time, is what Lemmy said true?”

“It’s not true! Lemira is lying! She has no evidence!”

Evelina wiped the pancake off her face, completely in disarray, but she would never confess.

“Who says there’s no evidence! I’ve recovered the deleted surveillance footage!”

Lemira turned the laptop around, playing the freshly recovered surveillance footage!
