She approached slowly, her presence making the sidekick step back in apprehension.

Her voice was cool and detached, "Knowing full well that I am a Langston, you better watch your step. Otherwise, I'll hand over all the evidence of you helping Evelina cheat to the school. Evelina might get off scot-free, but you? I wouldn't be so sure."

Ever since the cheating scandal, Wendy had taken leave and hadn't returned to school.
