I adjusted the hemline of the short uniform skirt I was required to wear in this home, muttering under my breath. If I didn't need the money so badly I wouldn't be bothered with this job...but for now, I would have to make do.

I clean the home of a very wealthy family a few times a week. At first, the family seemed alright. A beautiful mother, dashing father, and their three kids. I would be happy to come to work in such a gorgeous home and admire all the beautiful furnishings and decorations.

Looking around me at the empty house I grabbed the wad of cash and stuffed it into my apron pocket, moving on as if nothing had happened. I was already thinking of all the ways I could spend a large amount of money.
