"Wow! The goddess is my mate" I said to my wolf through our links dreamingly, she just stood there not moving.

Our eyes not moving away from one another, it was like years I have been waiting for her to appear before me and dreaming of seeing this goddess again.

Strangely I wanted to cry this moment right in front of my Beta and her pack members. All this happiness swirl within me pulling me to only see her and nobody else. Yet I know my imaginary life cannot be lived through. I don't deserve her at all and I am afraid to break her heart and ruin my perfect goddess.

"Alpha" a face appears before me running the beautiful and fulfilling vision I have in my head when I kept my eyes on my mate.

Zhippa growl in my head "Claire" she blushes her hand touches my hand yet seeing my disdained expression she moves it away "sorry Alpha, sorry" she apologises to the others and went to standby Lucian.

I don't know why she keeps on trying to interfere and involved with my pack stuff. With Claire it felt like she was accomplice for the bad deeds I in the past. I can't look at her without my wolf wanting to kill her. She maybe a white gifted wolf someone who could help me lead my pack in the absence of Luna.

In fact, every time I look at her my feelings for her eccentrically were filled with hate, guilt and regrets even when she has done nothing wrong to me.

I look back at my mate who only frowns at me "hey, you okay" I felt rage surging through me when I saw an asshole's hand snaking around her waist. I know I said I don't deserve her but still my feeling couldn't be control when another touches my goddess.

"Yeah" she looks away from me and turn to the douche, I try to be in more control of myself not wanting the others to know were mate. I just need to know her feelings first "everyone this is our Alpha Eric Gibson," Lucian introduces me which I didn't need him to.

"Good day Alpha, Beta Leto and this is Aberdeen my mate" she pointed to a girl beside my goddess mate, Gamma Alec he pointed the douche. My wolf and I waited anxiously as Leto turn to her "and this is Elle our top warrior" finally I got her name.

I wonder what took him so long to introduce her before the others. I grin at her like an idiot but with pride that my mate is the top warrior in the Alcader 'you look like a lost puppy,' Zhippa says and my ears perks up right in excitement.

"So shall we go in for our meeting" my eyes linger on my mate a little before guiding them inside to my office.

Once when they all settle down Beta Leto handed me their proposals, which was the main focus of our discussions for today. I was going to decline their request to be their alliance but the sight of my goddess of a mate changes all my plan.

Lucian kept throwing me confused look with the way I act from those past days.

After the hunters attack the west side of our border I sat down behind my desk pulling out every files from our previous research on the hunters and any possible cure on their deadly weapon wolfsbane.
