Angie's POV

I know Lucian is mad at me for not telling him the truth but he needs to hear me out if he doesn't want me then I'll just take my broken heart and go away.

We have been standing there out in the open. Since the truth came out he never once look at me I wanted to be near him, hold him but I know I have to explain him first.

It's not like I wanted to live that kind of life as I never had chosen it rather I was born in to the rogues' life.

"Lucian" I began while I fiddle with my hands. He gazes the other way not able to face me, he still hates me for everything.

"Lucian please just hears me out," I beg him

"Then what's keeping you waiting" he harshly responds to me. I took a deep breath I think it's time I tell him everything about my life.

I love him to lose him Lucian was the only good thing that ever happens in my life. I only turn to Jea and her plans because I need protection as our kind wasn't easily accepted in any Pack. On the other hand, she has promised to help me with my revenge on one of the Alpha who's a fake to his friends.

I know I betray them because at first I gave out some info about the Pack to Jea but it all stopped when I know everyone has done nothing wrong towards me but kindness especially my mate.

He is a good Beta and a mate who welcome me with his open arms instead of depriving him even though the alpha rogue who was my dad initiate a war to this pack years ago that ended up with his grandmother being brutally murder in front of him.

At some point I forgot about my revenge when I knew what my dad did, he's not worth my strength and I do not want to give up my mate just for this useless revenge.

"Lucian, it's true that I did give out info to Jea but that was only one time" I could see him holding his fist tight, he was mad.

"About me and Zeus she's lying and you know that please believe me" I approach him holding up his hands, my tears were now dropping from my eyes.
