Chad: "What? Demi's birthday is on the same day as Ana's?"

George: "Whose birthday party are you going to?"

Chad: "Demi's for sure! After all, we're besties now!"

Wendy: "I can't believe their birthdays are on the same day. Is this just a coincidence or a joke by fate?"

Nigel: "Hey, don't say that, honey."

Wendy: "It's fine. We're all friends here."

Despite saying that, she still deleted the message she sent earlier. After all, as celebrities, there shouldn't be any loose ends for the haters to weaponize!

Connor: "What time is the party happening? I need to let my manager know so that he can move my appointments around."

Maria: "At night, I guess. After all, we need to attend our class too. Since it ends at 5:30 pm, let's begin at 6:00 pm! Those who are busy or too far away can join us later."

Gritting her teeth, she decided to send another message. "Hey, everyone! It's my birthday tomorrow, and my family is throwing me a party at Crystal Hotel. I would like to invite everyone, so will you guys be free?"

Maria: "I'm sorry, but I have something important to attend." By something important, she meant Demi's birthday party.

Wendy: "Nigel and I will be busy, Ana. So, we won't be going. Happy birthday."

Chad: "Happy birthday, Ms. Pitt. I'll be busy too, so I'll pass."

George: "Sorry, I won't be available."

Seeing the responses, Ana wondered why everyone was busy at the same time. Were they really busy, or did they just not want to attend? With that thought in mind, she was instantly upset.

Thomas was sitting next to her, and when he turned to her, he noticed her sad expression. Ana was just looking at her phone without saying anything. Meanwhile, he had seen the messages as well.

"Annie, everyone's busy because they're all celebrities. So, it's normal for them to skip your party. Besides, we're not that close to them, are we?" he gently comforted her after sitting closer to her.

Hearing that, Ana felt a little better and thought it made sense. Everyone knew how busy celebrities in the entertainment industry were. Even if they were free, they would've wanted to take the time to rest and not be at events.

However, Ana would soon find out that she was wrong. It wasn't that they didn't want to attend any events—they just didn't want to attend her event in particular!
