"Lance told me everything I needed to know. You made it physically impossible for me to escape." I spit as I stare at him, he looks down almost ashamed but by now ive learnt he's incapable of feeling any emotion other than anger. "You were talking about a life with another man," He says, I feel a burning feeling in the pit of my stomach as he grows tense, placing the book back on the lower shelf.

"How does that excu-," He cuts me off after turning to face me and walking closer, I stay rooted to my spot, to afraid to move. "You don't understand this, Amity. You don't understand that the thought of you with someone else makes me want to tear out my insides, the smell of another man on you drives me insane, seeing you with another man made me furious, but knowing your with another man, that would make me want to die. You don't feel this like I do, I lost my temper and I fucked up, but when you go on your rampage, not letting me reason with you and making me snap, you give me no choice."

I look down, he has a point with that one, but that doesn't excuse him hurting me, trapping me in something I don't want to be in. "You took away my choice, my independence. You forced me into a world I'm still adjusting to. You've locked me in this house when I made the condition that I could live like I regularly did. You basically took the one chance you got to make it so I was stuck here without thinking about how it affects me." I swear I hear a whimper leave his throat but I ignore it.

"I have nothing to say to you anymore." I finish with as I keep my gaze to the ground, I watch him step closer to me, "Tesoro," He whispers as he gently places his hand under my chin, guiding me to look up at him, "I know I keep fucking up, I know I took everything from you, but what you have to understand, is I'm not used to showing my emotions, I'm used to storming round my pack land with a scowl and glaring at everyone I walk past. I'm used to having my way with no arguments," As he speaks his hand strokes against the crook of my neck, against the 'mark'.

An involuntary shudder racks through my body, much different to how it felt when Lance had his hand there, I don't realize I'm laying my head against his hand before he smiles down at the action. "I want you to be happy, but I can't offer you some of the things you need to achieve that. You can go back to school on the Monday, I shouldn't have kept you here, and I will have Lance escort you around the pack lands, you can go wherever you want, as long as you stay by him"

"TitI said next time I saw him he would gib me candy," she exclaims as she rushes towards the closet, "Yea well tell Titi, Amity said not candy till lunch time." I respond chasing after her, she searches through clothes, picking up random articles and sighing as I do the same.

I end up pulling out an orangey brown sweater, black denim skirt, black thigh high boots with a thick heel and a belt, meanwhile Charity holds up a pair of blue jeans, a nude sweater and black ankle boots, I smile as I pull the outfit on her, before pulling half her hair into a ponytail.
