Vince and Saul swallowed hard and hesitated for a second before reaching out slowly. When they were inches away from the briefcase, the man immediately closed the briefcase up.

"300 thousand dollars in cash, not a penny less! However, you can't just take it like that! I'm sure you know there are rules about things like this, right? If we pay you, this must end here!"

Handing over the briefcase of money in one hand, he handed over a red stamp pad with his other.
