There came a loud bang. In an instant, everyone was stunned. Victoria could yet recover to her senses as she mumbled in a daze.

With a few strides over, Trevor stopped the woman and stood in front of Victoria, shielding her. "What are you doing? Haven't you had enough?"

Trevor's face turned gloomy in an instant. He dared not fight back, although the woman pounded him with all her might.

As he comforted her, two police officers, a male and a female, came over. "Master Trevor, according to law, we're required to get testimony from the person that lodged the report!"

Sensing the strength exerted in gripping his fingers, Trevor hugged Victoria tightly in return.
