But, Frederick had never taken Alicia to any gathering to meet his friends before!

All of a sudden, the nonchalant laughter Alicia heard caused her heart to ache. It was like an invisible knife piercing into her heart, increasing the distance between them.

"Really? I have to take a look at her!" Carson was very interested that he even exaggerated his actions and wanted to get up. However, Wyatt stopped him right there.

"Carson, are you still messing around? Aren't you worse than Trevor then? Don't influence my Frederick."
