In the days following that, Alicia would receive a huge bouquet of blue enchantresses every time she entered the office.

Every time it happened, her good mood would be completely ruined. Sometimes, she felt the urge to just storm out.

It was the first time Alicia had heard that flowers could be plated with gold. Others from the nearby block also came in curiosity to witness the 'gold-plated flowers' and Alicia didn't mind at all. Whoever liked it could take it!

However, she was deeply irritated every time she entered the office.

Alicia had already confirmed that it was from Jeremy and she had called him in a fit of anger. In the end, she only received one single sentence in reply.

"I'm working outstation! If you don't like it, throw it away!"

She could only calm down when she thought of her family.

Alicia thought about it and sighed.

"I'll have the vanilla one!"

After she received her ice cream, she slowly licked it happily. Not long after, someone suddenly tapped her on her shoulders.

"Danica, why are you here? I thought our appointment was-"
