After glancing around, Penny casually said, "Get me something simple that's suitable for patients and hospital wards. I don't want to stand out!"

While they were talking, a middle-aged man wearing a work apron came out.

"Mrs. Clements, you're a special guest! I haven't seen you for a long time! I have some rare orchids. There's a nice one at the back. Would you like to have a look?"
