Frederick's heart sank the moment his eyes met Alicia. He wondered, "What are you trying to imply, Alicia?" Not only did she not care about him being swarmed by the women, but she even wanted to watch for amusement.

At this moment, the two young ladies stood in front of Frederick; one on the left while the other on the right. They took the initiative to extend their hands, but they seemed a little timid,

Judging from his cold tone and the weight of his arm around her waist, she could tell that his mood had become better. Alicia laughed while she placed her hand around his waist.

"Jeopardizing you? Are you sure? I thought you enjoyed the view of their exposed skin?"

Although the two ladies each had worn a slightly low- class dress and their makeup wasn't as classy as the rest, they still stood out with their attractive appearances and voluptuous body shapes. One had a deep cleavage, while the other had long and slender legs that were covered in white. Obviously, both of them knew their strong suits!

Adding on to their self-claimed ages, they were really exceptional. If they had fine- tuned their makeup and outfit, they might have been even more stunning. After all, youngsters tend to overdress themselves, but they never realized that it's unsuitable for them.

When Frederick's expression had darkened, Alicia quickly hid her playful expression.

She spoke coquettishly, "I can smell their perfume fragrances on you. It's rose and laurel fragrance, how pungent! Frederick, you have such good taste. Why should I even be worried? Earlier, you might have broken their hearts! Never mind, I'm happy!"

His words were so harsh and he wasn't giving them a chance at all.

Frederick had done the same to her when they had met for the very first time. He detested people, which made people doubt themselves. The thought of it made Alicia lower her head as she looked down on her long dress and flattened her collar over and over again.

Frederick mellowed out shortly after he pinched her delicate chin, and then the corner of her lips had curled into a smirk.

"If you're so smart, I won't need to hold back. You're not even that mature, yet you're already flirting with others... If you were my precious daughter, I'd rather have a stick as my daughter over you."

Alicia coughed as a mouthful of drink almost spurted out of her mouth upon hearing his heartless words.

At that moment, she knew she had mistaken. The person in front of her was simply too elegant!

Then, a pair of familiar figures suddenly appeared in the middle of their conversation, and the smile on Alicia's mouth suddenly froze. She subconsciously pinched Frederick.

"What's the matter?" Frederick asked.

Alicia came back to her senses and shook her head. She caught someone approaching them at the corner of her eye and said, "I just remembered something very important and I forgot to tell Vicki about it. I'm going out to make a phone call."
