"Who are you? What do you think you're doing? Let me go! Let me go!" Caroline shouted.

"Shut it! I'll kill you if you make any more noise!" The man exclaimed.

Caroline stopped moving and one of the men glared at her as he impatiently covered her mouth. Meanwhile, the other one took out a knife and expressively gestured it in front of her eyes.

"Come with us and don't do anything stupid! Otherwise, I'll kill you right now!"

Caroline was scared out of her wits, she subconsciously nodded her head at that very moment. Shortly after, the two men once again grabbed her as one of them pointed the knife against her back. In that instant, she could vaguely feel the sharpness of it.

In a panic state, Caroline's legs began to tremble. Right then, she noticed the two men were dragging her to a darker place a few miles away. She was well-aware that she would be dead by the time they dragged her into a car or the secluded woods.

Right off the bat, she knew how it was going to turn out as she had watched it on TV countless times. Forcing herself to calm down, Caroline deliberately dragged her feet against the ground while she walked. Glancing around, she saw a car that pulled over from the corner of her eyes. She intentionally took a step forwards and stumbled as one of her shoes fell off.

"Ouch! My shoe..."

Caroline shouted loudly.

All of a sudden, the two men instinctively jolted backwards. Startled by her sudden actions, one of them was fed up, "You're such a hassle!"

As soon as he released his grip and turned around to grab her shoe, Caroline immediately shoved him away. She quickly took her bag and bolted in the opposite direction, "Anyone! Please help me! These kidnappers have abducted me!"

At that moment, she was wearing a long skirt and only had one shoe on. Moreover, she was not very fast either. It wasn't long before her arm was once again grabbed by the man. Concurrently, he shouted,

"Zoey, are you done fussing around? Just go home and do it!"

Subsequently, the other man also walked forward and pulled her. "That's right! Zoey, you shouldn't be this wilful as a married lady! Your brother is simply doing this for your own good!"

"You better not blame us for our harshness if you keep this up!"

His soft voice was embedded with a warning as he firmly held onto her. Caroline's bag had fallen to the ground because of her struggles earlier and most of her belongings also fell out of it too. Noticing her purse that was on the ground, the man turned around and promptly picked it up.

To her surprise, none of the passers- by were stopping, and she was afraid of being dragged away again. Thus, Caroline continuously struggled as she tried to escape their clutches and run to the entrance of the Heaven Star Clubhouse.

"Let go of me! Let go of me! I am Mr. Nick's woman! The both of you better pray for your lives if you touch me!"

"Anyone! Please help me! Trevor, help me!"

"If either of you ever lay another finger on me, I'll definitely tear you both into pieces! I am Mr. Nick's woman! If you don't believe me, why don't you go and ask him? You both will unquestionably suffer his wrath!"

An idea flashed across Caroline's mind despite her being caught up in a tight spot. She clearly knew that anyone would be afraid of Mr. Nick since the Heaven Star Clubhouse was indeed his territory. Aside from that, she also felt that Mr. Nick was the wiser option to deal with these ruffians compared with the Clements family. Most importantly, Mr. Nick had a close relationship with her cousin-in-law. He definitely would back her up if he knew who she was!

Caroline grew bolder right as she made up her mind,

"If you so much as touch me again, I assure you Mr. Nick will be the one who'll dig your graves! Let go of me! Trevor, Mr. Nick, Anyone! Please save me! I am Misty's sister. I'm Mr. Nick's..."

Caroline screamed in terror as she persistently struggled to gain control.

As he got out of the car to answer a phone call, Nicholas overheard a loud cry and subconsciously turned around for a peek. Shockingly, he caught a glimpse of two young men quarreling with a lady. Despite so, similar commotions frequently occurred in that neighborhood every so often. Just as Nicholas was torn between whether he should meddle in their affairs or not, the woman's voice broke out again.

"Ah, my clothes! Stop touching me! I am Mr. Nick's woman! I swear he'll make you both regret this!"
