Their eyes met and they had the same thought. It wasn't a simple matter but there was no way of investigating it. It was obvious that this person was just a pawn who had been used by someone else!

However, from the content on his mobile phone, he was asked to "do whatever he wanted" with her which clearly showed that the mastermind bore bad intentions. Trevor thought that this might have something to do with his past relationships with women.

However, as hard as he tried, he just couldn't put a face to the mastermind.

Though he did have relationship issues with Liana, it wasn't his fault and this happened a long time ago. As far as he knew, Liana was busy dealing with her family affairs and probably had too much on her plate to be meddling in his life! He and Selena weren't even lovers. Plus, she was recovering in Korea. It was improbable that she would know Casterwich City so well and precisely find a person to help her carry out this crime. Apart from both these women, Victoria was the only other woman he had been entangled with for years.

Who would have such a deep hatred towards her and hurt her like this?

No matter who it was, he wouldn't simply let this matter go!

Trevor squinted his eyes coldly and said, "Ten lashes each and throw him out! Oh, and break one of his legs!"

Victoria followed the noises, approaching the door. She heard the sound of a man panting, followed by some lashing sounds.

"Trevor, you..." Victoria yelled.

At that moment, one of the bodyguards had just finished whipping the man while another man was cutting the man with a knife. The man on the ground continuously let out low roars.

"What are you doing?" Victoria asked.

Victoria's sight was completely blocked. She instantly felt weak in the knees and subconsciously wanted to look over.

"Why are you here?" Trevor asked.

Trevor didn't expect her to come. As such, he was momentarily stunned. He strode forward to stop her in her tracks and to quickly cover her eyes.

"It's nothing, let's go out and talk!" Trevor spoke in a concerned tone.

Trevor shot Holger a look and pushed Victoria out the door. However, just as she went out, she inadvertently looked back and saw the hunching man on the ground. She saw his ugly face and his bloody flesh.

Victoria was pushed a long way before she came to a stop. She turned back and asked, "Was that him?"

Was he the scumbag who whipped her?

The horrible picture of the demon laughing and hurting her with a whip while telling her all kinds of disgusting ways to torture her flashed across her mind. Her body involuntarily trembled. She gulped and her pupils instantly widened.

Trevor instantly went ahead and held her ice-cold body. He caressed Victoria and said, "Don't be scared, he won't hurt you again in the future!" "Why did you bring him here? Are you going to kill him? Don't do it, a person like him isn't worthy of you dirtying your hand. Hand him to the police! However, will he not be sentenced if I'm fine?" Victoria said.

Although she wanted to cut that person into pieces, it wasn't worthwhile to drag anyone into trouble over someone like him! At that moment, Victoria anxiously grabbed his clothes and her eyebrows were tightly knitted.

Trevor brushed her hair and put it behind her ear in one swift move. His cold and grim look vanished in an instant. He didn't want her to see his dark side. Therefore, he gave her a charming smile.
