“What?” Mrs. Smith’s eyes widened in shock. 

Even Old Mr. Smith, who was usually calm, had a trace of panic in his eyes. 

The old man found it hard to breathe and his face turned pale. He grabbed his clothes tightly, frowning in pain. 

“The medicine! Feed him the medicine!” Mr. Smith was the first to react. He rushed up to the old man, took out the pills for heart infarction from his pocket, and poured some into Old Mr. Smith’s mouth.
