Gale shrugged his shoulders and I can see the sadness in his eyes. I think he was thinking the same as my thoughts. I wanted to cheer him up so I accepted his proposal without checking it inside. Maybe his plan might work and think that it's my way to prove my innocence and to get revenge on them, sounds interesting and fulfilling. 

" Okay, I accept it. But I will read this tonight and let see!", I said and Gale quickly cheered in happiness. 

"Yes, I'm so excited to see Kent's eyes when he found out that my wife looks like Lucy!", he yelped as he won in the lottery. 

I just set my dearest smile at Gale. I feel blessed to meet him in my life. I thought Kent was my night and shining armor when we first met at the bar but he wasn't. I didn't want to bring the past anymore but he ruined my life. Gale whom I just bump somewhere came and saved me from danger. Even our friendship lasted in one day, after two years we reunited with an abrupt abduction to me. If he didn't come that day, maybe my body is now decayed filled with earthworms. He's a good Samaritan I met and my true night and shining armor. 

I invited Gale for lunch to repay his kindness. I made a favor for him after visiting my dad in the Home of the Aged Center. 

" Hmmm, smells good! Did you cook my favorite pork adobo?",  he said while waiting excitedly at the dining table. 

"Yeah!", I replied while putting the apron back on the shelf. I wash my hands after serving our meal and we started digging the food I cooked myself. 

I saw the sparks in his eyes when he filled the cooked pork inside his mouth. 

" It's so good. I'm lucky to have a wife like you, Lucy!", he uttered and I felt flattered about it. 

I remember dad on this dish. When I was seven years old, he was the one who's in charge of the kitchen while my mom was working at the market. It's my first time to savor what pork adobo taste like and I loved it. I wonder if dad recovered from his leg injury na getting along well with his fellow old pals. If I had the power and money of my own, I will get him with me. Of course, he wronged me many times but he's still my father and he's the only family I have. 

Gale broke the silence when he told me that maybe it's good if I change my identity and my name. 

"It's time to forget about Lucy Mason. She died last week. What if let's name you Greta? Sounds elegant right?", he told me and he's right. 

I got shut and buried alive by a person I didn't know. I died and reborn in the name of Greta. 

" Sounds fine for me," I said and set a half-smile on my face. 

After lunch Gale bid goodbye and I wish us good luck in our revenge plan.

After washing the plates and wiping off the table, I went back to the terrace where I can check the proposed deal between me and Gale. 

As I flip each page one by one, I saw the words Rules and Regulations inside the marriage contract. He wrote the do's and don't's inside the marriage.
