Matthew stepped into the operating room, trying to reason with Aaron. "Aaron, is this really necessary? Losing a kidney can have serious consequences on your health."

Aaron's gaze was unwavering as he stared at Serena, who lay on the operating table. "Didn't you just say that living with one kidney isn’t that big of a deal?"

Matthew opened his mouth but hesitated.

"My mind's made up. There's no need to persuade me," Aaron said calmly, watching as the gurney was pushed in and lying down on it without a hint of hesitation.

Matthew's eyes drifted to Serena, and a flash of determination crossed his face. "Let's begin the operation."

The others hesitated. "Dr. Grayson!"

"Begin!" he commanded.

With no other choice, they closed the door.

Outside the operating room, Victor and Julia were completely baffled.

What on earth was Mr. Vance planning?!

Inside the operating room, Aaron turned his head to look at Serena.
