Catch Her By Her Scent novel Chapter 61

"You know maybe after all of this we can go on a vacation. Just disappear from everything, just you and me somewhere by ourselves. We can do what we want and have fun. Forget about everything that's happened." I said to Jay.

"That sounds amazing. I would love to do that after this hell ends. We are going to need something to get away from this when it's over." Jay said with a small smile.

I grab his hand and teleport us to Texas, this time is going to be different in both places. I am not going to take no for an answer and I am not leaving until I get answers from both Alphas. If they have the balls to say no to me I will just pull the same trick I did when I was talking to the Alpha King. They will give me what I want to know and that is a fact.

I walk up to the pack house in Texas with Jay still holding my hand. A wolf answers the door and when she sees me I tell her to take me to the Alpha right away. She leads us up the stairs and knocks on a door. The Alpha tells us to come in, once he sees that it is us though his attitude changes entirely.

"I thought I told you to stay away from here!" He yelled using his Alpha voice.

"Look we just want information on one person and we are going to get it one way or another, but I will get the information I want. You will give me what I want." I said using my white wolf voice.

The Alpha looks a little intimidated, but doesn't show any signs of breaking. "I told you before we don't know anything about who you are looking for. So leave." He said.

"We know you are lying we have the pack records and we compared them to the ones at the castle in the record book and imagine our surprise when we say a Mark Simmons in the record book for this pack and we didn't see it in the pack records. Tell me why that is Alpha.."

I pause so he will give me his last name so I don't have to just call him Alpha but he doesn't answer. I raise my eyebrows waiting for an answer. He doesn't look me in the eye or talk to me. Someone walks into the office, without even knocking and starts talking about pack stuff. I assume he is the Beta since no one disrespects an Alpha like that.

"Alpha Simmons we were coming back from border patrol and caught an unknown scent outside the pack house. Wait I think I still smell…" he looks to us and stops talking.

"Simmons? Well I guess you will know exactly who we are looking for very well. You can't hide him forever you have to tell us where he is. He is going to be very important in winning the war or do you want to lose and make sure that the world becomes a hell hole." I said.

"I can't tell you I promised I wouldn't." the Alpha said looking like he was about to cry.
