Suzy had already guessed he wouldn’t sell Dylan out so easily. “Victor, others might not know what the Yellowtail Squadron is, but someone like you, who’s well aware of its global information network, couldn’t possibly be ignorant.” 

Victor chuckled. “I honestly don’t know. You helped me earlier–if I knew, I’d tell you.” 

Suzy let out a cold laugh. “If you don’t want to talk, I won’t force you. But I’m sure Nadia hasn’t gone far. I’ll help you bring her back.”

Suzy didn’t want to waste any more time. “Victor, I don’t need all this nonsense. I’ll ask you one last time–does Dylan have any connection to the Yellowtail Squadron?” 

“You can ask me a hundred more times, and my answer won’t change,” Victor said, meeting her gaze directly. “If you don’t believe me, go ahead and call Nadia back. What’s the worst that could happen? Getting taken advantage of by her? I’m a grown man–it’s not like I’d lose much.” 

Suzy was left speechless.
