Ruby’s gaze swept over the room, taking in the countless bombs surrounding them. She glanced at the iron cage imprisoning them and sighed. “This place is rigged with explosives, and we’re locked in this cage like trapped birds. It’s impossible to escape.” 

Suzy’s sharp eyes fixed on the switch Charlotte had used to lower the cage earlier. A glimmer of determination flashed in her eyes. “Not necessarily.”
