Suzy sneered. “Can’t I change my mind?” 

With that, she lunged at the woman again. 

But the woman wasn’t an easy target. Skilled in combat, she blocked Suzy’s attacks with one hand while keeping her face covered with the other. 

At her sharp command, several bodyguards hidden in the shadows joined the fight. 

These guards were far more skilled than Steven’s men. Combined with their overwhelming numbers, Suzy, who initially managed to hold her own, began to struggle. 

“Since you have no intention of cooperating, there’s no reason to keep you alive!” the woman declared coldly. “Kill her!” 

At her order, the guards intensified their assault, showing no mercy. 

Through the chaos, the woman watched Suzy, now surrounded and overwhelmed, with a smug expression. “I hadn’t planned on revealing myself to you. But since you’re so desperate to know who I am, I’ll show you. Not that it matters because you’re about to die anyway.” 

As the woman moved her hand away from her face, the door suddenly burst open with a loud crash. 

All heads snapped toward the sound, and Suzy’s gaze locked on Dylan, seated in his wheelchair as Desmond pushed him into the room.

Suzy chased the woman out of the villa, closing the gap to just a single step when a black van suddenly appeared in front of the woman. 

Without the vehicle even coming to a full stop, the woman leaped onto it and disappeared inside as it sped off. 

“Damn it!” Suzy cursed under her breath as she watched the van vanish into the distance. 

By the time Allen caught up with her, Suzy was already heading back. 

“Boss, she got away, didn’t she?” Allen asked, noticing the dark expression on her face. He didn’t need her to confirm–it was obvious. 

Irritated, Suzy shot him a glare. “Why is Dylan here? Did you tell him?” 

Allen immediately looked guilty. “I didn’t mean to, but…”

He had traveled all this way with his injured leg what if something happened to him? Everything she had done would have been for nothing! 

The more she thought about it, the angrier she became. She glared at Allen again. “This is the last time. If you can’t keep your mouth shut next time, I won’t mind shutting it for you! 

Allen froze, utterly aggrieved. 

It wasn’t even his fault! Dylan had assigned people to shadow her, so even if Allen had kept silent, Dylan would still have known her every move.
