Nina watched from nearby, wanting to help, but Pharaoh waved her off. “Let me enjoy her a bit longer. She’s such a sweetheart.”

“I’m just worried you’ll get tired. Why don’t you put her down for a bit and rest?” she suggested.

“It’s no trouble. Our little Gemma is light as a feather! Even if you let me hold her all day and night, I wouldn’t get tired,” Pharaoh replied with a chuckle.
