~Sophia’s POV~

I had been staring at the ceiling for hours. My stomach kept on growling and I can't think straight. The son of a bitch had me locked up. I was getting frustrated me and my wolf, Selena had been in an argument for hours. She refused to help me escape. So I lay on the floor helpless. That's the thing with Royals, our wolf is like a different person within us. If they refuse to cooperate we can't do anything. I am not strong enough to escape and my wolf decided that she wants to stay. Crazy bitch…

'Come on, Selena. You got to help me. We have to get out of here.' I argue with her.

'No. We have to wait for our mate. I mean you heard him he loves us.'

'He doesn't mean it. Come on how many times have we heard those words. He just wants to get inside my pants.'

'You want him as much as he wants you. Stop being a hypocrite. Let me be in control and I'll have my ways with him.'

'He would never want us once he learned our secret. And besides he fucking hate rogues. I have heard about his reputation and we always made sure not to cross his territory. We have to go.' I insisted.

'He is our mate and I refuse to go. We got to give the man a chance. I mean I have been longing for him for years.'

'You are insane. He'll just fuck us then lock up us. I don't want to be a sex slave prisoner. I don’t want to end up like my mother.'

'I don't care. I want to stay and get to know him.'

'We will just get hurt.'

Suddenly the door opened. And I felt myself being energized by his mere presence. It felt like thousands of electricity was traveling through my body by just having him in the same room.

"Love, are you okay?" He asked as he got closer.

"Seriously you got to be kidding me?" I stood up and glare at him. "You lock me up and you're asking if I'm alright. Are you crazy or something?"

"Love, I'm sorry. I just don't want you to run away from me so I had to lock you up." He explained.

"Yeah, right." I walked pass at him and stare out the window. "I am going to get out of here and not even you the almighty Alpha of Moon River can stop me." I said angrily.

"Hi!" The girl I almost choked to death earlier barge in carrying a pair of pajamas. "I bought you some spare clothes so you can change." She walked closer to me.

"Thank you." I smile her. "I'm so sorry about earlier. I mean I don't usually wake up in a strange place with a stranger next to me. And besides, the last time I remember was being chained in a wall like an animal wearing nothing but a filthy robe. So I was kind of freaking out. I'm really sorry."

"I understand. The bruise on my neck would be healed completely tomorrow so no big deal." She said handing me the clothes.

"Okay. I'll just put this on. I mean I don't feel safe being around a perverted maniac wearing nothing but a shirt. Excuse me."

I locked up inside the bathroom for about twenty minutes when I heard a loud banging at the door. I ignore it and so my mate started yelling from the other side of the room. And so I decided to piss him off further.

"Love, are you okay?" He shouted. "Open this fucking this door or I swear I'll break it down." He said angrily.

"What the fuck is your problem?" I came out the bathroom wearing nothing but a skimpy towel. "Can't you get a hint that I don't want to see you." I said smirking.

"Are you trying my patience, my love?" He pushed me back inside the bathroom and locked the two of us inside. "My self-control is hanging on a very thin thread so don't push it." He said touching my cheeks.

"Then get the hell out of here so I can put some clothes on." I said trying to ignore him staring at me full of lust and desire. "I said get out!"

"Okay. Five minutes if you don't come out dressed I would not be responsible for my next actions but you for provoking me." He said as he got out.

I immediately put on the pajamas which were a bit small for me. So I ended up using just the pajama bottoms and the same shirt I had on earlier. I sat down on the counter and waited for him to get back in the bathroom to get me.

'I just want to find out what he'll do.' I said to Selena.

'I bet he will fuck your brains out if you don't get out of here soon.'

'As if I would let him I know you'll enjoy it but seriously Selena if I have sex with him he will be nothing more than another man who can't resist my charm. He would fall as a prey if he tries anything stupid with me.'

'As if I would let you hurt our mate. Come on, Sophia.'

'Fine.'

I got out of the bathroom and saw another guy carrying a food tray to the table. I immediately run to him and hugged him the moment the food was down on the table. I heard a loud growl but ignored it.

"Thank you." I kissed the corner of his lips then immediately devour the food he brought. "This is so good." I said with my mouth full.

"It's good you like it, Luna." He said to me as he bowed down.

"Do not call me that!" I said annoyed. "My name is Sophia. So call me Sophia." I said extending my hand to him which he just stare at. "Okay, so handshakes are not part of your culture here. What's your name?" I said smiling.

"Michael." He said.

"It’s nice to meet you." I said while eating. "Oh, darling what's your name?" I ask the girl.

"Hi, I'm Fiona." She said and sat next to me. "It’s nice to meet you."

"Sure. Oh my gosh. I totally love this food. I would sell my soul to eat this food regularly. Have you guys eaten?"

"Yup. We’re done." Andrew said.

I finished eating in record time and everyone had their eyes on me. I hugged Michael tightly to extend my gratitude for the food he brought and Sebastian ripped as apart. He was furious.

"Possessive much!" I glare at my mate. "Seriously, please let me go. I don't want to be kept as a prisoner."

"You are not here as a prisoner. You are here as my mate, my Luna, my love."

"Are you on drugs or something? I am not your anything. I am Sophia Camille Vandermont, a rogue. I am not something you can own."

"Well, we have to change your mind then." He held my hands and smile at me.

"I want to see you try." I challenge him.

"Are you challenging me?" I smirk at him. "Challenge accepted, love." He said.
