Jonathan cast a glance at Manley’s hand resting on Estelle’s waist, and said, “Mr. Scott seem to be in a good mood, feel free to knock back a few more drinks” 

“Of course, but my Estelle here doesn’t take kindly to me getting sloshed. I’m afraid she might get ticked off and boot me out of the bed! Manley gave a sweet laugh, then turned his tender gaze to Estelle.

Gwen accepted the gift, her mile undiminished. “Thank you Estelle. Today’s desserts were made by a three-star Michelin chef, courtesy of Jonathan. Since you’re a sucker for sweets, feel free to indulge”
