“Alright! No problem. You can ask Mr. Stark. I’ll be waiting outside,” the woman said with a cheerful smile. 

Mariela called Lennon. 

“Did you hire a cook for me?”

“Yes. She is Julianne’s daughter–in–law. Julianne is old, so she can’t come over, but fortunately, Julianne’s daughter–in–law has learned her cooking skills. I hired her to cook for you, so you can enjoy the meals.” 

Mariela was stunned. 

She remembered Julianne. 

Julianne was the former nanny of the Shaw family. 

Emily’s cooking skills were learned from Julianne. Lennon used to take Mariela to Julianne’s house. 

At that time, Mariela only saw Julianne and her son. Julianne’s daughter–in–law was not home, so Mariela didn’t see her.

“Ms. Logan, I heard from Mr. Stark that you love these dishes, so I went shopping. What would you like to have for dinner tonight?” Lucy walked into the house carrying two large bags of fresh vegetables and meat just purchased from the members–only supermarket. 

Mariela smiled and said, “Lenny knows my favorite food, so you can cook whatever is on the list.”
