Lucy reminded her of a memory. 

Mariela smiled and said, “You don’t have to be so polite. Just call me Marie.” 

Lucy asked, “Sure, from now on I will call you Marie. Marie, where is the kitchen?” 

Mariela pointed in a direction and said, “There.” 

“Then I will go cook first. Mr. Stark said he would come for dinner tonight, so I will make three dishes and a soup, okay?” 

Mariela nodded, “Okay.” 

Lennon finished his work and had the driver drive to Azure Villa. 

The villa he bought for Mariela was right here. 

To prevent the embarrassment of staying overnight without clean clothes from happening again, Lennon had someone buy new daily necessities, bathrobes, and clothes this time. The suitcases were packed full. 

At the door, Lennon pressed the doorbell. 

Mariela opened the door and was surprised, “Why did you bring so many things?” 

Lennon raised his eyebrows slightly, with a smile on his lips, “I’m afraid of not having clean clothes when I stay over.” 

Mariela muttered to herself, “There’s no need to bring so much. Is he going to live with me?” 

However, she pondered carefully. It seemed she wouldn’t refuse if Lennon wanted to move in. 

Seeing him ringing the doorbell, Mariela asked curiously, “Don’t you have a key to the front door? Why did you ring the doorbell?” 

“This is 

your house. You are the only owner here now, so the key can only be used with your consent.” Mariela looked at him with a smile and said, “Alright, I will give you a spare key next time.” -Lennon followed Mariela inside, with the bodyguard carrying suitcases behind them. 

“Next time? What about today? I’m afraid you’ll forget.” 

Mariela laughed, “I’m not that forgetful.” 

Juliette had been upset with Jaime lately. 

Jaime attempted suicide for Mariela, and the first thing he said upon waking up was ask where Mariela was. Juliette was heartbroken. 

The noisy club was filled with dazzling lights and people dancing wildly. 

Juliette and her best friend Taryn were drinking in the club. 

Taryn shook her glass, “I didn’t know Mariela was the lady of the Logan family. What a surprise.” 

Juliette chuckled self–deprecatingly.“Taryn, do you think I’m a joke?” 

Taryn awkwardly smiled. 

To be honest, she was like a joke.
