Mariela had just picked up her phone, but before she could dial…

There came a loud noise. 

The black car behind her suddenly floored the gas and rammed into her. 

The massive impact sent her car spiraling out of control. The white Rolls–Royce slammed into the roadside barrier, its front end crumpling under the force. The airbags deployed instantly. 

Mariela’s phone flew out of her hand. 

She was so dazed from the crash. 

Mariela paused for a moment, and then reached down, groping for her phone. 

She had to call the police. 

But just as she touched it, the window beside her was violently shattered. 

They had come prepared. They even brought a window–breaking hammer. 

After smashing the glass, the man outside reached in, unlocked the door, and yanked Mariela out roughly. 

“Who are you?” Mariela demanded as she was dragged from the car, instinctively resisting. 

The man did not answer. He just tightened his grip, trying to haul her away. 

Inside the car, Mariela had been at a disadvantage. Now that she was outside, she fought back, breaking free from his grasp and landing a few quick strikes. 

The man clearly had not expected a seemingly delicate woman to have such skills. He was caught off guard and took a few hits, cursing under his breath. 

He charged at Mariela with a fierce determination, intending to strike her. 

But he was no match for her. 

Mariela landed a brutal punch square on his nose, making blood gush instantly. 

She kicked and punched, taking him down in seconds.
