Matthew understood immediately and said into the walkie–talkie in his hand, “That’s enough. Stop.” 

The helicopter slowly descended. 

Lauryn was almost frozen, her face turning purple, her lips black, and her eyelashes and hair covered in a layer of ice and snow. 

She lay motionless on the ground, appearing lifeless. 

Lennon coldly instructed Matthew, “Get medical personnel to take a look. Don’t let her die so easily.”

Lauryn was rescued and lying in the hospital ward at the base. Although she was saved, she was barely alive. 

The next day, Lennon returned to the Stark family.

Lennon looked indifferent, speaking in a calm and steady tone, “Regarding the matter of expelling Lauryn from the Stark family.” “Did Lauryn get caught?” Rayne suddenly widened her eyes.“When?” 

A few days ago, Rayne found out that Lauryn was working for Nikolas and was almost infuriated. 

She was still thinking about punishing Lauryn herself before handing her over to Robert, but the person sent to capture Lauryn reported that Lauryn had escaped. 

Bella refused to believe that her well–behaved granddaughter was helping Nikolas against the Stark family. Out of anger, Bella was admitted to the hospital for a few days and was discharged yesterday.
