"What the hell, Leo? You scared me!”

Clutching my chest, I struggled hard to catch my breath, trying to process Leo's words. He completely ignored my statement and interrogated me.

"Leave it and tell me, what are you doing here, Laura? How can you be so stupid?”

"Are you here to meet Bright's fiancé, Sienna Lockwood?

Among those frantic queries, my mind could only register one thing, suspecting Leo's unexpected appearance here. Like, how was he aware of my plans? I didn't keep my thoughts to myself and spoke up in a split second,

"Wait a minute, Leo. How do you know that I am currently at Lockwood industries' office?”

Laughing at his condition, I returned to office's building and saw the receptionist packing her bag to leave. I rushed to see her,

"What about my meeting with Miss Sienna?”
