The "Fate's Night" fashion show has a rule that every company must showcase at least two outfits from their collection. Florik Entertainment plans to have Rafael and Cecelia strut their stuff on the runway.
Cecelia was over the moon when she found out Flora was the designer behind the outfits. "Oh my gosh, I finally get to wear something you designed! I've decided to start dieting right now so I can look my best for you!"
Flora was sprawled out on the sofa in Henrik's office, casually fiddling with a tablet. "No need to diet, Cecelia. You're perfect just the way you are. Just keep doing what you're doing."
"You're the best, Flora!" Cecelia was almost ready to give her a big bear hug.
Flora, remembering the materials Crimson had sent her, put the tablet down and asked, "What’s next on your agenda?"
"I'm heading to a photoshoot for my lookbook," Cecelia said, a bit overwhelmed. Her schedule had been jam-packed lately, barely giving her a moment to breathe.
Despite the craziness, she'd squeezed in time to come see Flora. Directors and producers were all over her, offering her gigs left and right.
It wasn’t just her, but Rafael and the rest of Florik Entertainment’s crew were riding the same wave—all thanks to Flora's skyrocketing fame. Since they couldn’t book Flora herself, they were more than happy to work with her crew.
"I’ll tag along with you."
Flora got up, slipping her tablet into her bag.
"Wait, you're coming with me?" Cecelia was taken aback.
"Yep," Flora nodded, leading the way. "Let's roll."
Cecelia quickly followed.
Outside, Henrik and Diego were deep in conversation.
When they saw the duo, Henrik's eyes first landed on Cecelia, lingering for a moment before shifting away.
Cecelia filled Henrik in on her plans for the shoot, and that Flora was joining her. Henrik nodded, "I’ll drive you there."
"Oh, Mr. Raul, I can take them!" Diego jumped in enthusiastically, being Cecelia’s agent. "You should stay here at the office."
Henrik gave him a look, his gentle eyes making Diego feel a chill down his spine.
Suddenly, Diego snapped his fingers. "Oh, shoot! I just remembered I’ve got something urgent to handle. You should take them. I’ll head out now!"
"We’ll chat after your shoot," Flora replied nonchalantly, adjusting her face mask.
"Okay," Cecelia said, deciding not to press.
As they talked, the elevator dinged open on the 22nd floor.
They stepped out together.
"Cecelia, you’re here!"
The staff greeted her with enthusiasm.
As for Flora, they assumed she was just Cecelia's new assistant.
Cecelia gave them a warm smile, telling Flora to hang tight while she changed clothes.
"Hey there," once Cecelia was out of sight, one of the staff chatted up Flora. "You seem a bit out of place here, don’t ya?"
