The sudden shattering sound scared Lydia and she said irritatedly, "What are you doing? Is the situation still not bad enough?"

Lydia was so annoyed. She scolded Lindsey Juhl, who was out of it and her usually bright eyes slowly dulled.

The remaining words were on the tip of Lydia’s lips, but seeing Lindsey’s self-deprecating and poignant face, Lydia swallowed back her words.

"Forget it, I’ll report this matter. You can take a break for the time being while we think of other ways."

Lydia patted Lindsey’s frail body and walked out of the office.

After Lydia left, Lindsey remained where she stood for a long time, feeling defeated!

It turned out that Jenny Lenig came back. She could not believe it!

Zayn must be delighted that Lindsey could completely disappear from his life.

She said coldly, “Mom, this is the last time I’ll talk to you. From now on, I have nothing to do with you and the entire Juhl family!”
