Lindsey swallowed back her words of refusal.

She thought about it and this was really the best solution at the moment. She had a child with her and Sieben was still in this condition. No matter what, she could not leave anyone behind. If they lived together, they could also look out for each other.

Shaun comforted her again and hurriedly hung up the phone. Not long after, someone drove to the entrance of the Guggenheim mansion.

"I want to see Zayn," Lindsey said as she looked at Shaun. She had to let Zayn know what was happening outside and find a way to deal with it.

Shaun nodded. "Okay, I'll make the arrangements. I'll go with you guys later."

Mr. Zurek, Zayn's lawyer, had a good reputation in the industry. He greeted Lindsey and briefly explained the solution to this matter. When Lindsey thought that she could finally meet Zayn, her heart was pounding so hard that she did not hear what the lawyer said.

"After all, the people involved in this are out for blood. The police are very alert and all the people and information involved in the case are classified as top secret. Now, we can only wait for them to rank the evidence first before I get access to them and fight for Mr. Guggenheim’s rights," Mr. Zurek said as euphemistically as possible.

Lindsey understood. To put it bluntly, the police would make a verdict on what they had. Zayn could only appeal after the verdict was out.

This process was bound to be very long. By then, Denarius might have completely collapsed. They could only wait for the results of the investigation. Zayn would either be found not guilty or under the manipulation of the mastermind behind this, he would be labeled a criminal.
