After greeting Ginny, Shaun did not even glance at Zayn and only looked at Lindsey worriedly.

Having experienced such a frightening event and the emotional roller coaster from seeing Zayn, Lindsey’s emotions had reached their peak the moment she saw Shaun.

"Brother..."

Shaun reached out and patted her on the shoulder. He hesitated for a moment, then pulled Lindsey's head over so that she could lean on his shoulder, all the while ignoring those eyes that were shooting daggers at them from the back. Shaun softly reassured her. "It's okay. I’m right here."

Lindsey was not prepared to be embraced by Shaun. Although such a gesture was not out of place for siblings, she still felt a little inappropriate. Before she could push Shaun away, the two of them were suddenly separated by a strong force.

"Move! Don't get in my way!" Zayn's voice was a little murderous and tense.

Zayn reached out to separate Lindsey and Shaun. He even dragged Lindsey a few meters backward, pulling the two siblings apart.

He did not look at them after and directly went upstairs.

They were on the fourth-floor stairway. Lindsey did not dare to go up and check it out as she was afraid to see another dead body eliminated by Sieben herself.

It was one thing to know about Sieben’s capabilities, but it was entirely different to witness it. Lindsey was not mentally strong enough to do that.

Zayn pushed her out of the way and walked upstairs. Shaun patted Lindsey's shoulder as a silent comfort and followed after Zayn.

The two men did not ask what happened since they had a rough idea and knew a little bit about the Moeller family.

In just a few months, the Moeller family was in chaos. Terence’s whereabouts were unknown and Ginny fled back with her baby. Was the mastermind behind all this Terence's older brother from the same mother, Jared Moeller?

Lindsey could not help but think of Jared Moeller, whom she had only met once. He looked like an honest and good-natured middle-aged man that was not aggressive. She did not expect to be so ruthless.

She did not recognize the people Shaun brought over, but she was familiar with a few bodyguards from Zayn's side who were in the Guggenheim mansion before. Lindsey called one over. She had already calmed down because she needed to solve this problem urgently.

"Madam, do you have an order?" The man asked Lindsey respectfully.

Lindsey was not bothered to correct her title because now was not the time to dwell on such matters. "Take Ms. Young to the nearest hotel to rest first and invite a doctor over. Get a pediatrician too. Remember to keep a low profile and don't get discovered."

After saying that, Lindsey looked at Ginny. Her voice was soft yet convincing as she said, "You should take your baby to the hotel first. Take a shower and get changed. You’ll be fine."

Ginny’s tears fell again, but she held them back and everything she wanted to say turned into one sentence. "Thank you, Lindsey."

Lindsey touched the baby's smaller than average head and said, "Why are you still so polite with me? Go ahead."

"Mm." Ginny did not refuse her help. She lowered her head and followed behind the bodyguard to go downstairs.

Looking at Ginny’s thin frame, Lindsey slowly sighed.

The smell in the building was disgusting. Once Lindsey calmed down, she could not stop smelling that stench.

Shaun had also arrived at some point. His face was grim and he looked at Sieben with the same inquisitive gaze.

The three of them were looking at Sieben at the same time. Sieben glanced at them and finally looked at Lindsey. She sounded helpless as she said, "Lindsey, I just listened to you..."

This time, Zayn and Shaun looked at Lindsey at once. Zayn did not say anything and looked deep in thought, but Shaun could not hide his surprise. "You asked her to do this?"

Lindsey did not rush to refute and reached out to wrap her arms around Sieben. She asked as calmly as possible, "How many of them?" In fact, her palms were sweaty.

Zayn said coldly, "Five of them, all with broken arms and legs with a cut in the thigh artery, but no life-threatening injuries."

Lindsey froze for a moment before reacting to what Zayn’s words meant and could not help but look surprised. "You mean, they're all alive?"

"Yes." Zayn looked at Lindsey’s dumbfounded face and unconsciously had some warmth in his eyes, but his next sentence was irritating. "Otherwise, do you think that this kid will kill them all?"

"No, I..." Lindsey was a little lost for words.

Next to her, Sieben touched the tip of her nose and said proudly, "I told you that I listened to Lindsey! Lindsey told me not to kill them, so I just made it impossible for them to move."

Sieben said this in a tone like she was saying that this game was really fun, which inexplicably made people shudder a little.

After Sieben said that, she glanced upstairs again with dissatisfaction. Naturally, she could not see anything at the moment, and added, "They’re just too mean."
