Five minutes later, the waiter set up the table in Lindsey’s room. The exquisite plate and cutleries were shining with luxury.

"Please enjoy your meal." The waiter put the last plate on the table, which clinked against the table softly. He stood with his hands in front of him and a toothy smile on his face, nodded at Lindsey, and retreated.

Lindsey also smiled and thanked the waiter. Finally, Lindsey was left alone in the room after the door closed with a click. She blinked and hesitated for a moment to pick up the knife and fork.

Although Alfred Jenner was not a great person, he was quite attentive.
