Of the Internet stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Her Tears Are His Weakness. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 101. Let's read the author's Her Tears Are His Weakness Internet story right here.
Leonardo replied, "No need, someone will come to clean it. They're professionals. They clean quickly and thoroughly. You don't need to do it."
"Oh, I see." Samantha lowered her gaze slightly, feeling a bit down.
It seemed that she had really upset Leonardo last night. Now, he wasn't even willing to ask her to help with the laundry. Not having to wash clothes and sheets should be something to be happy about, yet she didn't quite understand why she felt sad.
"Then I'll leave first..." she said weakly.
With a sense of desolation, she turned to leave. After she left today, Leonardo probably wouldn't want to see her again.
She was just an ordinary person, and Leonardo's willingness to interact with her was probably just for fun. But after what he said last night, that he found it meaningless, it seemed like he wouldn't seek her out again in the future.
She clearly resisted Leonardo's domineering closeness, yet she felt lost when faced with his indifference. Samantha thought she was being strange, maybe even crazy. She shouldn't have invested her feelings in someone like him.
"Hold on," Leonardo said behind her.
Samantha paused, suppressing the inexplicable joy that suddenly rose in her heart, then turned around. "Is there something else?"
"The weather is nice today. How about we go hiking together?"
"Hiking?" She glanced at the cloudy sky outside and pondered if such weather was really suitable for hiking.
Perhaps it was merely a formality, like the perfunctory way people asked someone to stay when they were about to leave. She should be more sensible and not read too much into it.
So, she smiled and shook her head. "No, I have class today."
"Or tomorrow?"
"Let's talk about it later."
"I'll drive you..."
