Leonardo inquired, "What are you looking at?"

She made up an excuse on the spot. "I'm looking at the lights."

"What light?" He followed her gaze. "What's so special about it?"

The grocery store just had regular fluorescent lights. There was nothing special about them at all.

Samantha simply blurted out to prove her point. "It's bright!"

"Do you like it bright?" Leonardo was lost in thought as he looked up at the fluorescent lights on the supermarket ceiling.

He hummed in acknowledgment and put his hand on the cart handle. "I'll take it from here."

Samantha responded, "Don't worry. I can handle it."

Leonardo protested, "If someone recognizes us, they'll think I'm mistreating my wife. I'll take care of it."
