Heather pretended to have lost her balance when Stacey's body bumped hers. She just wanted to feel Nick's body. Her body came in close contact with Nick's. He took hold of her shoulders to steady her .

Nick, on the other hand,tried to look away from Stacey's pretty face as he holds Heather. He needs to hide what he is feeling. He has plans for Derick and Stacey. Maybe it will be better if he'll play a little with Heather . Anyway, she has been trying to flirt with him since she got inside the bar . It may be bad to use her but he has no choice. He can't afford losing his Stacey just because he is jealous as hell. He wants to prove to himself that she will love him as Derick and not the Nick Alcantara she is seeing now. If he will start a brawl at this moment, all his plans will go down the drain.

" How could you be so careless? You could have hurt me badly!" Heather angrily said to Stacey.

"I'm sorry. I didn't see you. " Stacey apologized .

"How stupid! You could give someone a very bad injury!" added HEather with a snort.

Stacey ignored what her bitchy sister said. She threw Mr. Grumpy a glance. As usual, he is not even looking at her as if he really finds her distasteful. She has to stifle a sigh. She's such a peabrain because she has been thinking about him when he obviously dislikes her.

"I think you're okay Heather so don't make it a big deal ." Nick said tonelessly as he puts a little distance between him and Heather which the latter obviously didn't like.

She looked at Nick's face because she will have to do some acting.She pouted a little to look cute and in a much lower tone she said," But she needs to be careful."

"She already apologized. That is enough." Nick said. This time he has to look at Stacey which he immediately regretted. She is really lovely.

"Are you okay babe?" Blake asked with a frown before he touched Stacey's shoulder.

Stacey just nodded then Blake's frown deepened when he transferred his eyes to Heather. He hasn't seen her before so he has no idea that they are half-sisters.

"Look, it was an accident." he said to Heather. His hand is still on Stacey's shoulder.

Nick has to stop himself from gritting his teeth .He clenched his fists on his sides. "Let's go." he uttered coldly to Heather. He took her hand then led her to the dance floor.

Blake turned his head back to Stacey when the two left. "Are you okay Ms.Hotness?" he asked worriedly.

She just sighed then nodded. "I'm fine, thanks. What's with the "babe" thing?" she playfully slapped Blake's shoulder and he chuckled.

" I just wanted to show them that I am your knight in shining armor." he joked." That woman's man looks intimidating." he added.

She laughed lightly."My hero!"

Blake is right. The way Mr. Grumpy was looking at her will make anyone rooted to the spot. If looks could kill ..

He is so condescending because he is so sinfully hot and minted.If she knows what's good for her, she should stop thinking or fantasizing about him. He is out of her league anyway. And looks like he is her half-sister's boyfriend already and the last thing she wants is fight tooth and nail about him with Heather.

Her half-sister and Mr. Grumpy are a perfect match. She let out another sigh.

She seriously has to erase them from her mind. She is just wasting her time and energy. Mr. Grumpy doesn't like her. He wants Heather. Period.

She stood up. "I need to go to the rest room." She told Blake.

He also rose from the bar stool. "I'll go with you." he said with a smile before he took her elbow.

She has her arms around Nick's nape. He is so tall that the top of her head is the same level as his broad chest if she is barefoot. But since she is wearing 4 inches high heels, her head is up to his chin.

Crazy For You by Madonna is playing. It is exactly how she feels for Nick. She has her face raised so she can see his very good looking face. She made sure that her soft and warm body is very close to his hard and muscled one as they slow dance.

This could have been perfect for them if Nick's eyes are on her but he is looking straight ahead. He has a pensive expression. She might as well take advantage so she rested her right cheek on his neck while inhaling his wonderful manly scent.

He knows what Heather is doing. He doesn't like it but if he will ask her to go back to their table, he may not be able to control himself from beating that dickhead with Stacey.

So this is what they call jealousy. He has a strong desire to act like a mad man. He wants to smack someone. Anyone will do. He learned how to control his anger when he was still doing karate. But right at this moment, he wants to be violent.

He had only experienced feeling jealous when he was young. He was jealous of his older brother because he felt his parents showered him more with love and attention. They used to have a sibling rivalry when they were in their teens but now they are okay . One big factor probably is because he chose to put up his own business so his father let his older brother help him manage their company. But this is the first time that he got jealous of other men because of a woman. He never had a girlfriend. He had bed warmers..many of them. One woman..one fuck...until Stacey.

"Fucking hell!" he cursed through gritted teeth.

"Nick?" Heather looked at his face. Her brows are creased. He hopes she didn't hear him mumble a bad word.

"Look, I am bored here. Would you like to go to another place?" he suddenly asked her.

He knows he's making a big mistake in asking her to go with him. But at this point, he can't think of a better idea. He can no longer bear seeing Stacey with that fucking bastard and do nothing about it. He is angry as fuck but he cannot make a scene.He doesn't really worry about his reputation. He cares more about the relationship he wants to have with Stacey. Derick and Nick should be different men as far as Stacey is concerned so he can't start a brawl.
