His Woman to Claim novel chapter 57: Kelly Performs Her Luna Duties

I was pacing back and forth in our bedroom. The bedroom that I no longer share with Sammy. Kelly stated that Sammy agreed to continue to perform her Luna duties but she will not share a house with me and she will not let me touch her unless it is absolutely necessary. She will be here soon to greet Savage my third in command home and celebrate but after eating she is leaving and going back to where ever she is living. I can't wait to see my beautiful wife.

My phone was ringing. She is here. I walked out of our room and down the stairs to the front door. I watched as she pulled in and parked the car. I noticed her belly. Hell, I forgot she was pregnant and this pregnancy would remind her of finding me kissing my attorney's secretary. I watched as she walked toward Kelly and hugged her. As she walked over to the door she waved to several pack members and talked with a few.

She did not look my way as she walked over and stood next to me. She was stiff next to me. She continued to look forward waiting for my third in command to arrive. The members stared at me still angry and those that noticed her baby bump looked at me even angrier now. Their Luna was pregnant and should be living in the packhouse. Then the car came driving up the driveway and stopped. I grinned as Savage got out and walked toward me but stopped about a foot away and stared at Sammy.

I ate a small sandwich and had the usual coffee. Every time Renegade tried to get close to me I walked over to a different pack member and started to talk to them. After about an hour I walked over to Kelly and said I am leaving. We hugged and I turned and walked out the door and got in my car and drove home. I looked for her but she was gone.
