After a brief pause, Bonnie thought of something and said, “I’ll consider my actions as my good deed for the day. If Yasmine turns out to be our enemy, I’ll show her no mercy if we meet again. Besides, it’s not like I learned nothing from rescuing her.”

Her mature thinking impressed Collin. He became interested when she said she learned something. He asked, “Did you make an extraordinary discovery or something, Chief? Quick, tell me what it is.”

Bonnie responded, “Based on what Yasmine asked Billy after hypnotizing him, I know he has it. Furthermore, he doesn’t know Falcon has the 1.6 billion dollars, either.”

“That’s cunning! Falcon knows the whole world is aware he stole the chip. He can’t hide from it and doesn’t dare to lie about it. He must’ve stashed away the money and maximized his profit!” Collin sneered. “I must admit he’s intelligent. Still, he’s misusing his talents!”

Then, something occurred to him, and his eyes sparkled. “Chief, should we tell Billy’s men that Falcon has the money to make them fight each other? That way, we can reclaim our chip amidst the chaos!”

Bonnie squinted. After some thought, she responded, “That’s an option, but I don’t want to do that unless we’re forced. After all, it’s our organization’s business, and I want to handle it myself.”

“Then, should we discuss it with the Dark Knights first? We can give them something in return if they help us. I think they’ll agree,” Collin tried probing Bonnie.

She yawned and said, “Let’s put a pin in it. I need you to find out which organization Yasmine is working for. We can devise a plan for the rest later.”

Collin was never fond of the Dark Knights. He added, “I knew they wouldn’t stay put! It looks like I was right, after all.”

“Oh, they have undoubtedly breached our agreement.” Bonnie grinned bitterly. “I’ll have to call their leader and question him!”

When she made the call, Ivor answered, “Did the sun rise from the west? Why would the Nidhoggs’ leader call me? Are you finally ready to retrieve the chip?”

Bonnie sneered. “I thought you guys tried that already. Are you sure you need my help? Breaching our agreement was a terrible move!”
