Ivor was surprised but did not admit it. Instead, he feigned ignorance and said, “How did we breach our agreement? Who would do that?”

“Hmph!” Bonnie sneered and hung up the phone before blocking his number. After all, Ivor could not honor his word or their agreement. Since that was the case, she no longer wanted to talk to him.

On the other hand, Ivor only heard beeping from the other end of the line. He tried calling her again but received a voice telling him the line was unavailable. He frowned in puzzlement as he muttered, “What just happened?”

Floyd explained timidly, “I think he blocked your number, Mr. Ivor.”

“Is he honestly taking it this seriously?” Ivor did not expect things to be so dire just because he feigned ignorance.

‘My organization is pretty capable, so it’s not like the Nidhoggs are a challenge for us. Still, I breached our agreement. Also, I desperately need one of their chip’s functions to complete one of our projects. What will I do now that their leader is angry with me?’
