Inexperienced novel Chapter 7

If I had a superpower it would be sleeping. Sitting in a locked room makes you think and that's exactly what I did. I thought and thought. Most of the thoughts were how in just one day my life was flipped around. How all I did today was run and sleep. Except for that one guy that drugged me with coffee, that doesn't count. Also I made a note to never visit that coffee shop ever again! Like what did I do to deserve this?! I just wanted to live a carefree life, and now I find myself "serving" a very demanding man.

Let me tell you, not one man should have all that power! I don't even know the purpose of this submissive thing. If the point is to feel like a slave, he got that part down perfectly to a T. I want out! The way my body reacts to him is unusual and scary. I don't even understand why my body is acting this way. It never has before. How my body craved for something...What? I don't know but I don't think I want to find out.

"Ugh! you can't keep me in here forever!" I yell at the door. Frustrated and sick and tired of laying around I decide to search the room for something I can use to defend myself or escape. A happy gasp escapes me when I find a bobby pin under the bed. Why this door has a lock on both sides, I don't really know. Must be a club thing. "Um now how do I go about this?" I murmur to myself as I go through all the movies that I watched with picking locks. "Ok so they put it in the hole like this, and just move it around, and then...." There's a click and I jump back a little. "Wait did that actually?" With a shaking hand I go and reach for the doorknob slowly turning it, the door opens. "Oh so people can have private secret rooms in their offices, nice to know." I murmur to myself as I head to the door. I make sure to look around, so that no one catches or jumps out at me. My eyes continue to look around scared, unsure. "Alright, here I go," I say opening the door. People pass by, not paying the slightest attention to me. I want to scream for help, but I feel like right now is not the right time. I slowly close the door behind me and begin to walk down the hall.

"Hey little one are you lost?" A very tall, intimidating man asks me.

"No I'm just fine, thank you," I say.

"Does your master know you're out here?" He asks and I see him glance down at my neck, his expression going from concern to confusion.

"Yes, h- he knows," I say, wanting very badly to cover up my neck.

"May I ask, where your collar is?" he asks.

"Collar? Wow when he called me his pet..." I murmur

"What are you doing here?" He asks and I grow anxious just standing here and talking.

"O-oh u-um j-just..." The clock is ticking and I'm running out of time.

"Why don't you come with me?" he says. He reaches out for me but I back away, shaking my head.
