Kidnapped by the Alpha novel Chapter 17

NATALIE'S POV:

I was having my breakfast and Theodore was sitting next to me smiling. But suddenly his expressions changed, his eyes started turning black again, and he clenched his fist. I looked at him, and he passed on a warm smile to me.

"Baby, you complete your breakfast, I'll be back in 10 minutes. I am having some urgent work, if you need anything, you can ask the Omega's?", He told softly.

I replied with an okay. He pecked my lips and went from the dining room smiling.

I completed my breakfast and was waiting for Theodore to come. He told me that he would be back in ten minutes, but it was almost half an hour and he did not arrive. I thought to take a stroll in the mansion. Here, women are cooking, children are playing, men are in the gym. They all look like normal human beings, no one would say that they are werewolves. Suddenly my gaze went towards the window, someone was standing outside and peeping in. I went a bit closer and was startled to see that person.

He was Abram. I ran towards the window, to talk to him but he ran from there. All the people started staring at me.

"Abram---Abram---", I tried to call him out but to no avail. I ran towards the main door, but the Omega's stopped my way.

"Move Aside", I yelled furiously.

"Luna, Alpha will punish us if you step out from the main door", The Omega replied.

"What the-----I want to talk to Theodore right now", I told angrily.

"Luna. you please calm down", The Omega told softly.

"I said I want to talk to Theodore right now, call him", I screamed angrily.

One of the omegas told another omega, "Tell Alpha that Luna is impatient to meet him"

The Omega nodded and ran to inform Theodore. I sat on the floor holding my head in between my palms. Tears welled up in my eyes. It was Abram, I saw him with my own eyes, I am not mistaken. But how is it possible? How could he be alive? Questions swarmed in my mind.

The Omega came with Theodore's message.

"Luna, Alpha has asked you to wait for him in the bedroom. He will be there in 5 minutes"

I nodded and went to the bedroom and sat on the bed waiting for Theodore impatiently and he came. I stood up from the bed and went towards him.

"Are you going to hold me a captive in this mansion?". I asked angrily and he looked at me.

"I am not that pretty Theodore, so stop staring at me and answer my question", I yelled at him.

"Mind your tone, yes you are my mate and I love you madly, but I am an Alpha too and I am not going to tolerate disrespect. Do you get that?", He told angrily, clenching his fist.

I looked at him with fear in my eyes. He bolted the door of the bedroom, held my hands, and made me sit on the bed. He took deep breaths and then opened his eyes and asked softly.

"What's the matter. Is everything fine?"He asked.

"Why have you held me captive? Can't I step out of this mansion?"I questioned him.

"I have not held you as a captive, Natalie. I am doing this for your safety, do you get that?", He told in a bit loud voice and I looked at him not knowing what to say. He was right, he is just protecting me.

"Why do you want to go out?", He asked softly.

"I saw Abr----", I was about to say but stopped in between. Until I am not sure, that he was Abram I won't tell anything to Theodore.

"Whom did you see?", Theodore asked.
