Melanie let out a cold huff, but no matter how much she wanted to complain, she didn’t dare to go against Dominic.
Everyone in the Ziegler family rushed to the villa in the middle of the night. Dominic ordered the best medicine and hired the best doctors for fear that something had happened to Willow.
He walked upstairs with the help of a cane while asking Liam, “Where did that bastard Julian go? His wife is terribly sick, so where is he? Is he out having fun, or has he already become a corpse? Even if he’s dead, we should have heard about it, right?”
Liam lowered his head and cautiously replied, “Julian went to Grandsburg.”
Dominic was stunned. The light shone on his face, and he seemed to have aged 70 years in a split second. His mouth moved as if he was about to say something, but in the end, he only sighed. “Think of a way to contact him.”
Liam bowed his head and said he would do his best. That night, Dominic personally watched over Willow. He had allowed Julian to take care of Willow, and if anything happened to her, Julian’s family would be destroyed. Who else was going to carry such a heavy burden with Julian? 1
Under the bright light, Dominic’s gaze was wise. Late that night, Liam walked into the study and hesitantly stated, “We still can’t contact Julian.”
Dominic flung a teacup at him and roared, “Who do you think you are? If this ruins the Ziegler family, I’ll hold you and your wife responsible.” 1
Melanie pushed the door open and stepped in. She helped her injured husband up and couldn’t help but retaliate, “You can’t keep him in line, either. What are we supposed to do? If it were up to us, he would have married—”
“Shut up!” Dominic’s face darkened with rage. “You heartless wench! Get out.”
Melanie left, helping Liam out as she walked off.

The night grew darker, but they were still unable to contact Julian. With Dominic watching over Willow, her temperature finally began to drop at dawn, Blair was so happy that she secretly wiped her tears away.
Dominic walked by with his hands behind his back and let out a light cough. “What are you crying for? Mrs. Ziegler is a blessed woman. She and Julian will have a daughter and a son, and they will live together until their hair
goes white.”
