I've always been a straightforward man, and I believe that respect should go both ways. The same goes for disrespect too. Can you please check again if there are any empty slots in your internship program?"

Yance heaved a huge breath of relief upon hearing that Wilbur was not here to scheme against him, and scrambled to say, "Yes, of course! I'll get it done for you this very second, Mister Ketter! Which department would you like to be in? I'll assign you to intern under the best doctor of the department…"

Wilbur snorted to himself at the way Yance changed stances so quickly. Power really did make a difference, after all.

"How about cardiology? Neurology works too!"

"It's all up to you, Mister Hoover."

Wilbur put on a warm smile in response to Yance's enthusiasm as if the past five minutes had not happened at all.

He had chosen those two departments because they were the easiest departments to climb up in the ranks.

All he needed was a few achievements and enough hype, and Wilbur would quickly be able to become a specialist in this department.
