"Kids," His dad rolled his eyes and started eating

We resume our walking, and we got to my room.

He went out and later came back with a first aid kit.

Sat me on the bed and started treating it.

"I told you to let it be," He said not staring at me.

"I am sorry," I sniffed and he looked up to me.

"Don't cry please, I hate seeing my family cry," He said and I cried more.

He sees me as his family nothing more or less.

He was done with treating the cut. Now we were talking about our memories of being wounded.

"Remember that time I twisted my ankle and you carried me on your back home," I said.

"I was so stupid not to take a cab or call the driver," He said and I laughed.

"Why do you say so," I asked.

"My back and leg hurt badly," He said and I gasped.

"Why didn't you tell me," I asked.

"You would have walked with that leg," He said.

"It's still not fair," I said.

"I just don't want you to feel pain, I want to take all your pains away. I just can't stand seeing you in pain," He said and I smiled.

"Mind if I sleep here?" He asked.

"I.. I.. don't think that's a good idea," I stammered.

He's gonna drive me insane.

"Please, pretty please," He said.

"It's your house anyway, you can do anything you want," I said.

"But it's your room, you get to tell me what to do," He said and I smiled.

"Sure," I said.

"Cool," He said and carried a blanket towards the bed.

We both lay our backs on the bed and he used the blanket to cover me.

I was a little shy, staring at him face for long before I slept off.

Laura Pov

After school we were back to the orphanage, and I gladly jumped on my bed after freshening up..

Today had being great except for English class.

I really can't wait for tomorrow, it should just come already..

I suddenly heard screams and thought about checking what's happening but stopped when Maddy came into the room screaming..

"Okay what is it?" I asked.

"Guess what," She said.

"What?" We chorused.
