At this thought, Henry looked at Regina with unbearable anguish.

At that moment, Regina came to her senses and realized I was manipulating Henry into dealing with her. If she handled this well, not only could she survive, but the man she loved most could too.

She was so caught up in this hope that she didn't even notice the agony in Henry. She even excitedly grabbed his arm and exclaimed, "Didn't you say you love me most, Henry? That you'd do anything for me? Can you give me your heart?"

Regina looked up at Henry, her eyes glistening, her gaze pitiful and pleading.
