"A friend of mine," Regina finally told Henry the truth. "He's really very pitiful! All those medical reports are real. If he doesn't get a heart transplant soon, it'll be too late!

She added, "You won't just be saving me if you do this, Henry. You'll also be saving someone who's truly unfortunate. In other words, you'll be saving two lives at once. Two whole lives!"

Henry had always seen Regina as a delicate, innocent flower who was too fragile to take care of herself. This was even more so after finding out she had a critical heart disease. He treated her even more carefully than crystal glass, worried she might break at the slightest touch.

It never occurred to him that the woman he perceived as a delicate flower wasn't one at all. Instead, Regina was a venomous man-eating plant.

Henry was so shocked that he stumbled back several steps.

Regina had deceived him and asked for his life without batting an eye. To think, he had even gone so far as to harm his own mother for a woman like this.

Henry suddenly felt like a complete joke. In fact, his whole life even felt like one.

Henry was in utter disbelief. He couldn't believe what he had done. Unable to bear it any longer, he howled in anguish, turned, and ran off.
